Simone Mendes não estará na gravação do primeiro DVD solo de Simaria, que acontece neste sábado (12/9), no Vibra, em São Paulo. A cantora, que está no Estados Unidos desde a última semana, já tinha um compromisso previamente alinhado fora do país para a data e, por isso, não conseguirá acompanhar presencialmente o novo passo da carreira da irmã.

A ausência, no entanto, acontece em meio a um momento de torcida e carinho. Simone entende que a gravação representa uma conquista muito particular de Simaria e estará vibrando pela irmã.

Simaria retorna oficialmente aos palcos depois de quatro anos afastada da rotina de shows. As duas encerraram a trajetória como dupla em 2022 e seguiram caminhos individuais na música. Enquanto Simone construiu sua carreira solo, Simaria respeitou seu próprio tempo antes de decidir retomar os projetos profissionais.

O retorno foi anunciado em agosto, quase dois meses depois de o portal LeoDias antecipar que Simaria preparava sua volta à música para o segundo semestre deste ano. Ao confirmar o DVD, a artista definiu a pausa como o período de que precisava para retornar bem. Agora, com um projeto inteiramente seu, Simaria inicia uma nova fase da carreira, acompanhada também pela torcida da irmã, mesmo que à distância.
